Due to the fact that our products are food industry related we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons unless you have received the wrong product. ***If the wrong item has been shipped, please e-mail sales.bgusa@bluegreenus.com. These orders will be shipped via UPS ground or through common freight carriers.
